Red clover blossoms.

Red clover is a herb that has been known to boost your fertility. They are full of vitamins that help with balancing your hormones.

It contains calcium, protein and magnesium. It is a calming tonic and it strengthens the ovaries. It also acts as an estrogen supplement preparing the body for ovulation.

The best way to take it is by purchasing the Red clover blossoms from various herbalists. You put the blossoms in hot water and simmer for 15-20 minutes. You then leave it overnight to get the full flavours. After that you drain the blossoms and drink the infusions.

You can then drink on its own or with honey or peppermint. I usually drink it on its own.

Nettle leaves.

These are an infertility herb which helps to nourish the kidneys. They are rich in iron, potassium and calcium. It is best to cook them or buy nettle tea.
